Bluer's Shipping Policy (Updated as of January 16th, 2026):
Thank you for choosing Bluer. We strive to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and timelines:
Purchases or Cancellation process:
- All prepaid purchases are final. No cancellations on those orders will be accepted.
- Pattern/ colour may vary from the image shown on the website.
- No changes or deletion of items is possible once you have completed your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can manage a return.
- If a prepaid order is denied by the customer at delivery or if the customer is not available to receive it, the parcel will be returned to us. After receiving the returned parcel, we will issue a coupon code valid for 6 months with a ₹200 deduction for shipping charges.
Order Processing:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 working hours of being placed. Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods or sales. No orders will be processed on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Costs:
Standard Orders
- We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above 1990/-
- A flat fee of rupees 50 will be charged on any orders below 1990/-
- Cash on delivery charges are rupees 150 for all orders.
Sale Orders
- A flat fee of rupees 100 will be charged on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on delivery charges are rupees 200 for all orders.
Delivery Times:
- Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Typically, shipping to metro cities takes 3-4 working days, and to tier 1 cities takes 5-7 working days.
- However, please note that it may sometimes take longer as we rely on third-party delivery services.
Delivery Address:
- Verify that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not accountable for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed or edited. Please double-check your details before confirming your order to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Order Tracking:
- After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email and a message to your registered WhatsApp number containing a tracking number. Use this tracking number to check the status and location of your order.
Shipping Partners:
- We work with reputable shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our partners are committed to providing a reliable service. We primarily use Bluedart to ship the majority of our parcels.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:

Once your order has been carefully handed over to our shipping partner, the delivery process is managed by them during transit. In the rare instance that a shipment is delayed, misplaced, or marked as undelivered, the responsibility for transit lies with the courier partner.
