Bluer's Shipping Policy (Updated as of June 17, 2024):

Thank you for choosing Bluer! We are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience with us is smooth and enjoyable, especially when it comes to the delivery of your preferred apparel. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery:

Purchases or Cancellation process:

  • All prepaid purchases are final. No cancellations on those orders will be accepted.
  • Pattern/ colour may vary from the image shown on the website.
  • No changes or deletion of items is possible once you have completed your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can manage a return.
  • If a prepaid order is denied by the customer at delivery or if the customer is not available to receive it, the parcel will be returned to us. After receiving the returned parcel, we will issue a coupon code valid for 6 months with a ₹200 deduction for shipping charges.

 Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 working hours of being placed. Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods or sales. No orders will be processed on Sundays and public holidays.

 Shipping Costs:

     Standard Orders

  • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above 990/-
  • A flat fee of rupees 50 will be charged on any orders below 990/-
  • Cash on delivery charges are rupees 100.

     During Sale

  • A flat fee of rupees 150 will be charged on any prepaid and cash on delivery orders respectively.

 Delivery Times:

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Typically, shipping to metro cities takes 3-4 working days, and to tier 1 cities takes 5-7 working days.

    However, please note that it may sometimes take longer as we rely on third-party delivery services.

 Delivery Address:

  • Verify that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not accountable for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
  • A change of address is allowed only if the order is yet to be dispatched from the warehouse. Once the order is in transit, address changes cannot be made.

 Order Tracking:

  • After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email and a message to your registered WhatsApp number containing a tracking number. Use this tracking number to check the status and location of your order.

 Shipping Partners:

  • We work with reputable shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our partners are committed to providing a reliable service. We primarily use Bluedart to ship the majority of our parcels.

 Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • There may delays in delivery due to reasons such as unforeseen circumstances or political issue in the delivery zone.
  • In the rare event of a lost or significantly delayed shipment, please contact our customer support team at support@bluer.co.in . We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
