Bluer's Return Policy (Updated as of August 1, 2024):

At Bluer, we are committed to delivering the best shopping experience to our customers. We understand that there may be instances where a product doesn't meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you with any return-related issues. Please take note of our return policy:

Return Period:
  • All product-related queries should be reported within 48 hrs of delivery.
  • These Include:
    -Wrong product received. 
    -Damaged product received.
    -Product not delivered within the estimated period.
  • If you are not satisfied with a product, you can request a return within 7 days of the product's delivery.
Note: Failure to do so will result in the complaint being rejected.

Return Process:
  • Initiate a return request through our website. 
  • Upon submission of the return request, our team will review it, and a return pick-up will be arranged.
  • The return pick-up service will be attempted twice. For non-serviceable PIN-codes, you will be responsible for self-shipping the product back to our warehouse.
  • Once we have received the return parcel back in our warehouse, a quality check will be done by our team on the product and a coupon code will be generated and sent to you. In case of damage produced by the users, the coupon code will not be generated.

 

Return Pick-Up Fee:
  • A flat fee of rupees 200 will be charged for the return pick-up service, which will be deducted from the coupon code's value.
  • No charges will be applied for wrong or damaged products.

In case of missing items:
An opening video of the parcel is mandatory to report a missing item from your order.
No Return or Exchange in case of:
  • Items in sale are non-returnable/ non-refundable. This policy will be exempted only if there is a case of damaged or wrong product.
  • We do not have a refund policy.
  • We do not have an exchange policy. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to request a return and place a new order.
Coupon Code:
  • Coupon code initiation time will be 48 hours after the product is received.
  • Uploading an image of the product with tags to address the concern is mandatory. Failure to do so will lead to the request being rejected.
  • Images other than the product will not be entertained.
  • All items to be returned must be unused, and all tags should be intact. Failure to do so will result in the coupon not being generated.
  • Once the coupon is generated, it'll be sent on your registered mail id.
  • The coupon code generated for your return is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • The rupees 200 return pick-up fee will be deducted from the product's value. Other fees like cash on delivery charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Coupon-code once expired will not be renewed.

 

Change of address:
  • The return pickup address cannot be changed once the procedure has been completed.
