No return charges are applied for wrong or damaged items.
We currently do not have a direct exchange policy. However, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

- Receive store credit once the return is approved
- Use the credit to place a new order for the item/size you want

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,990 .A flat fee of rupees 50 will be charged on any orders below 1990/- . Cash on delivery charges are rupees 150 for all orders.
We accept prepaid payments including cards, net banking, and UPI. Cash on Delivery may not qualify for free shipping—please check the final payment page

Currently, Bluer operates online only—we don’t have physical stores yet. That’s why we encourage using the size guide.
After receiving your return, we’ll conduct a quality check. Once approved, your store credit will be processed within our stated timeframe (typically 5–7 business days).
Here’s a quick overview of our standard delivery timelines:
- Mumbai: 2 working days
- Other metro cities: 3–5 working days
- Other cities: 5–7 working days
- Northern regions: 7–9 working days
