At Bluer, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where a product doesn't meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you with any return-related issues. Please take note of our return policy:


REPORTING AN ISSUE

Any order-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@bluer.co.in.

This includes:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

  • Missing items

  • Product not delivered within the estimated timeline

Please Note: Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

For missing, damaged, or incorrect products, an unboxing video of the sealed package is mandatory. The video must be shared with your complaint within 24 hours of delivery.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

  • The product passes our quality inspection upon reaching our warehouse.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and shipped back to the customer.


RETURN PROCESS

  1. Raise a return request through our website.

  2. Uploading a product image of the product with tags to address the concern is mandatory. Failure to do so will lead to the request being rejected.

  3. Our team will review your request.

  4. Once approved, a return pickup will be scheduled.

Return pickup will be attempted twice.

If reverse pickup is unavailable for your PIN code, you will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.


RETURN PICKUP CHARGES

A flat ₹200 reverse pickup fee will be applicable for all eligible returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

No reverse pickup fee will be charged if:

  • You received a wrong or damaged product.

Original shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.


QUALITY CHECK

All returned products undergo a quality inspection once received at our warehouse.

If the returned product:

  • Shows signs of use,

  • Is damaged after delivery,

  • Is returned without original tags, or

  • Does not meet our return eligibility criteria,

the return request will be declined and the product will be shipped back to you.

A prepaid shipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable for returning the product to you.

 

REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT

All approved returns shall be processed in the form of store credit only. Store credit may be redeemed against future purchases and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Once the returned product passes the quality check, a 
store credit will be issued after deducting the ₹200 reverse pickup fee.

The store credit will be:

  • Sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number connected with your registered email address.

  • Valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • Valid for one-time use only.

  • Non-renewable after expiry.

  • The coupon code/gift card issued against your return cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotional offer.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different size, colour, or style, please return the eligible product (as per the applicable refund/store credit policy) and place a new order separately.



SALE ITEMS

Products purchased during any sale or promotional event are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

The only exception is if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.



CHANGE OF PICK-UP ADDRESS

Once a return request has been confirmed, the pickup address cannot be modified.
