Returns and Exchanges

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON PRODUCTS BOUGHT IN SALE OR AT DISCOUNTED RATES.

We do not have a cancellation policy , all purchases made are final  

EXCHANGES

1. Do not worry if you are not satisfied with the fit. We have one size exchange for every order.

2. You have three days from receiving the delivery to let us know about the exchange.

3. Mail us on support@bluer.co.in with your order id and a team member will assist you.

4. You need to ship the product back to us and once we receive it, a quality check will be done and the new product will be shipped ( the cost for shipping the new product will be borne by us )

5. Make sure the product is unworn , not altered , not washed and all tags are intact to pass the quality check. Failing in quality check the same product will be shipped back.

6. This whole process can take upto 10-15 working days.

7. In any case the products has to be shipped back to us within 7 working days.

PLEASE NOTE : SIZE EXCHNAGE DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT. WE ONLY HAVE SIZE EXCHANGE AS AN OPTION.

 We at BLUER have a different size chart and request you to measure your size before ordering for a better shopping experience.

Please do not compare sizes with other brands.

Measurements of products made in stretch fabric and non stretch fabric will be different according to the garment and style.

 RETURNS

1. We only accept returns for the following reasons.

- wrong size , wrong product or wrong color has been processed by us.(for eg ordered size is 26 and we you receive a product tagged 28)

- incase of any damaged or defected product received by the customer.

PLEASE NOTE : You have 24 hours after receiving the delivery to inform us about any return issue.

A parcel opening video is a compulsion to opt for any kind of returns.

No complaints without a proper parcel opening video will be taken into consideration

IF ANY KIND OF ISSUE IS FACED BY THE CUSTOMER OUR FIRST PREFERENCE WILL DELIVERING THE CORRECT PRODUCT , FAILING TO DO SO WE WILL INITIATE A FULL REFUND.
